SingHaiyi submits highest bid of $1.284 bil for Dunman Road GLS site
SingHaiyi Group was the highest bidder for the GLS site at Dunman Road, at $1.28 billion. The bid price translates to $1,350 psf per plot ratio.
There were only 2 bids for the land site, with the other bid coming from a consortium made up of City Developments Ltd (CDL), Hong Leong Group and TID. The consortium bidded $1.06 billion. This bid price translates to $1,112 psf per plot ratio, which was 20.3% lower than the bid by SingHaiyi Group.
Compared to the bid for the nearby Jalan Tembusu GLS site, which was won by CDL, the $1,350 psf ppr bid by SingHaiyi Group for the Dunman Road GLS site was 4% higher than $1,302 psf ppr paid by CDL for the GLS site at Jalan Tembusu.
